Sai Kolasani - Founder

Hey Guys, My name is Sai Vikram Kolasani, I am the Founder and Writer of SVK Finance. I am currently a Freshman at the University of California, Berkeley. I intend to double major in Mathematics and Computer Science.

I have been a trader in the Stock Market since my Sophomore year in High School. I have been constantly learning better techniques and hope to help speed-track your journey.

Aside from the Stock market, I have done other work in the finance field. I worked as a finance intern at Sikorsky Credit Union this past summer. Furthermore, I have published a research paper on the applications of machine learning in Finance. It is titled, "Predicting Stock Movement Using Sentiment Analysis of Twitter Feed with Neural Networks"

I started this website as a reflection of my own journey in the Stock Market. When I first entered the Stock Market I was lost and had no sense of direction. So the first thing that I did was educate myself. However, this process took a long time to complete. It was simply too hard to understand free resources or the information was incomplete. For this reason, I started SVK Finance. I want to create a place where investors can get helpful easy to understand information without the cost.

Archit Joshi- Head of Blog / Chief Writer

Hey! My name is Archit Joshi and I am the chief writer at SVK finance. I am currently a senior at Ellington High School. I hope to major in Finance and achieve a Masters of Science in Financial Risk Management.

I actively invest in the stock market, as well as avidly studying and observing trends. The stock market provided me with the hope of prosperity and has taught me countless lessons. I write to educate and inform about specificities I encountered in the stock market and publish them on this website.

Along with Sai, I have also been involved in the market since my sophomore year of high school. Taking education seriously, I am involved in the market through investing first hand, being involved in group paper-trading projects and I recreationally read and research about the market

Driving away from the market I am involved in other investments. I am a big-time jewelry enthusiast and believe in the value of precious metals. This interest bleeds over into purchasing watches that appreciate.

I hope I can help you learn more about the market and provide informed analysis of stocks.
