Fisker Inc., a pioneer in developing electric vehicles will become a publicly-traded company by merging with Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) Spartan Energy Acquisition Corp in February 2021.

Fisker is best known for designing luxury vehicles for companies such as Ford Motor Co., BMW, and Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings.

The company is promising a “premium yet affordable” SUV with a starting price of $37,500, and as much as $69,000 for a higher-end model.

SPAQ has a 995.67M market cap that could explode when Fisker goes public.

The indicators are looking bullish.

Personally, I believe that the same pattern that has happened with NKLA will happen with SPAQ, I predict that SPAQ might shoot up to around 50$ just like how NKLA shot up after its merger with VectoIQ.

Furthermore, one of the analysts I have read from on TradingView states, " Fairly new to the game, but with everything, iv learned so far it seems like a cup with handle formation which is a bullish indication. The closer we get to the merger date the higher this will go in my opinion." This creates a possibility for huge potential growth in SPAQ stock.
