Always aim to buy leading, innovative companies in any industry that you are looking at.

According to Mr. William J. O'Neil, the three main things to keep in mind in regards to this part are:

  • Top-rated stocks within top 40-50 industry groups

  • 80 or higher Relative Price Strength (RS) Rating

  • Rising relative strength line, preferably near new 52-week high
